The deal your training taught us how to sniff out really made our year! Our market in Naples has been just awful. I was able to pick up a defaulted mortgage for less than 22 cents on the dollar. We've re-written the note, modified the mortgage and are currently working with the homeowner to keep them in their house. The truest win-win I ever witnessed.
