Dear Real Estate Club Officers, Promoters and Fellow Investors,

Thank you for considering me to appear at your club or event. Please allow me a moment to add some “personal color” to my published training and speaking ideas and outlines. I am an investor turned trainer. I have personally suffered every loss and celebrated every gain that I speak about. My point here is, that I’ll be speaking to your group from personal experience and recalling events from my past, not coughing up theory or a rehearsed sales pitch. My expertise is in the identification and implementation of investment strategies surrounding default loan status real estate with an emphasis on default litigation, foreclosure auction savvy and home retention.

The majority of my income is derived from my work at my real estate investment businesses www.180LoanWorkout.com. Each of which serves a different and unique purpose within the defaulted real estate market. The 180 Loan Workout website is designed to help homeowners with lender negotiations through the use of loan modifications, workouts and short sales to name a few. Additionally, 180 attempts to match homeowners in need with qualified local investors that possess the proper skill set while subscribing to the highest in ethical standards.

Rockland Trust Corp., purchases defaulted institutional mortgage notes and currently owns millions of dollars worth of mortgages in several different states. It is the success of the Rockland’s “Foreclosure Litigation Strategy” and “Defaulted Mortgage Loan Evaluation” models that served as the inspiration for “Default by Design”. “Default by Design” teaches investors how to purchase defaulted mortgage notes at substantial discounts. Investors also learn how to have lenders stand in-line to fund their mortgage purchases. “Default by Design” is sure to stir the creativity in every investor.

It is my intention (and my nature) to build long term relationships with the investors that attend my presentations. Although my sales will continually land in the 20% range, I am not a “hard seller” or “continuous closer”. I will generally teach for 90% of my allotted time and share the benefits of purchasing my material for 10%.
