have the banking information an email message will be delivered to you informing you of

What documentation is required to submit a bank locator request?
Copy of the final judgment (or official records recording book and page)
Copy of the first page of debtors’ credit report (run within the last 30 days)
Debtors complete name (including any aliases and maiden names)

There is no contract so you may stop requesting bank information at any time. You will
be responsible for payment on any account requested. You may not cancel a locator
request once it has been ordered.
